Kellyanne Conway, Husband Stepping Down from Positions to Focus on Family Issues

White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway has announced she will be stepping down from her position. The change will go into effect at the end of this month. Her husband, George, will also be withdrawing from his duties as part of the Lincoln Project. Both confirmed the decision stems from the need to focus on their four kids, especially after their 15-year-old daughter Claudia announced she’s seeking emancipation and staying with friends in a different state. In recent weeks, Claudia has made waves on social media where she openly discusses their family feuds. The main point of contention seems to be a strong difference in political opinions within their household. Claudia has also claimed her mother is responsible for her recent alleged arrest. Kellyanne said while her and her husband “disagree about plenty” they are “united on what matters most: the kids.” It’s unclear if Kellyanne will still speak at the RNC this week.
