Barefoot Bistro’s BLT Style Pasta Salad
RECIPE:
1 -16 oz pkg Rotini Pasta (cooked, drained, rinsed)
About 12 slices bacon (cooked, crumbled)
1/2 red onion (diced)
1 1/2 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped parsley
***Optional – 2 cups romaine lettuce
1 avocado cut in small pieces
(note: avocado and lettuce will not hold more than 24 hours)
Dressing
1 – 1 oz packet Hidden valley Dressing (dry)
1 1/2 cups mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
