Only 27% of Parents Say They’ll Let Kids Trick-or-Treat This Year

Only 27% of parents say they’re planning to take their kids trick-or-treating. Universal studios is already canceling its big annual Halloween event. It’s been taking place for 30 years but ‘Halloween Horror Nights’ will be put on hold this fall.
