Man Makes Good on Nearly 30 Year Old Promise

A Wisconsin man who hit a 22 million dollar jackpot just made good on a promise he made 28 years ago. Friends, Tom and Joe shook hands in 1992 and promised that if either one of them ever won the Powerball jackpot, they would split it. Tom kept his word and gave half his winnings away. The men chose the cash option and left with nearly $5.7 million each after taxes.
