Health Lessons People Are Learning About Themselves During the Pandemic

The past few months have been a ‘real eye-opener’ for some adults when it comes to getting their well-being in check. Nine out of ten people say they’ve learned something new about their health! No surprise here… the number one thing was just needing to exercise more. Drinking more water, spending less time looking at screens, getting more sleep, stressing less, upping step counts and cutting back on alcohol were some of the things people have vowed to start focusing on.
