Suspects Involved in Gruesome Death of Vanessa Guillen Identified

The main suspects involved in the death of Private First Class Vanessa Guillen have been identified. The 20-year-old Fort Hood soldier went missing April 22nd and her remains were discovered last week buried in a shallow grave about 20 miles from the base. The Guillen family attorney confirmed the details surrounding her death, reporting she was bludgeoned with a hammer in the armory room where she worked. The suspect then cleaned the armory and transported the body to the second location with a female accomplice. They burned and dismembered Guillen’s body with a machete before allegedly covering it in cement. The main suspect in the case has been identified as Aaron David Robinson. He was also a Fort Hood soldier before taking his own life last week shortly after Guillen’s body was found. Relatives of Guillen believe prior to her death, Vanessa was sexually harassed by Robinson. The female accomplice was also named as 22-year-old Cecily Aguilar, who is the estranged wife of a former Fort Hood soldier. She has been arrested and charged.
