South Carolina State Primary Runoff Election Results
The South Carolina state primary runoffs have officially come to pass and we have some of those results for you. In Horry County, longtime Republican Representative Luke Rankin won the district 33 senate seat against John Gallman. He will run unopposed in November. In the city of Florence, Democrat Teresa Ervin has secured her nomination as the city’s next mayor. She will go up against Republican Bryan Braddock come November. And in Dillon County, Douglas Humbunny Pernell won the nomination for sheriff. He will face republican and independent candidates this November, as well.
