John Bolton’s Political Memoir Set to be Released Tomorrow
John Bolton’s highly anticipated political memoir “The Room Where It Happened” is set to be released tomorrow despite efforts to stop it. A judge ruled against the Trump Administration over the weekend as they attempted to stop the release, claiming the book was full of highly classified information. It’s reported they along with the Justice Department did not present strong enough evidence to block the release. Furthermore, the judge said the book was already widely distributed and even if they intervened, it would be easy to leak the contents of the book online anyway. However, the judge did mention Bolton may still be held liable. While Bolton maintains he did not leak any information in the novel, the judge who made the ruling said highly classified information can be found throughout and because of this, Bolton may be forced to turn over all the proceeds to the white house. On top of all this, Bolton could also face criminal charges and jail time.
