Results From Yesterday’s South Carolina Primary

The South Carolina Primary was yesterday and here’s just a few of those results. U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham defeated three other lesser known GOP candidates in the Senate primary race and is now projected to go up against democrat Jaime Harrison in November. It’s predicted to become the most expensive race in our state’s history after both campaigns posted record-breaking fundraising hauls. And in Horry County, long time Senator Luke Rankin will enter a runoff against the other two GOP candidates he’s competing with for the District 33 seat after none of them gained more than 50% of the vote.
