Facebook Launches Bitmoji-Like Avatars

You can now express your emotions with more than the generic sad, happy, angry or thumbs up emojis on Facebook. Similar to Snapchat’s bitmoji, the site rolled out an avatar feature this week. It allows users to create a cartoon version of themselves and then use the avatar in comments, Facebook stories and on messenger. facebook says they let you to react and engage more authentically with family and friends across the app.
