North Carolina Enters Phase One of Reopening Today

North Carolina will begin phase one of their reopening today at 5 PM. The stay-at-home will remain in place however there will be more freedoms for businesses and restaurants to reopen that will allow residents to leave home more. Everyone is still encouraged to telework but day care centers will reopen for essential workers. The ban on gatherings of ten or more is still in place. Salons, gyms and entertainment facilities will also remain closed until May 22nd when the order is expected to expire unless COVID-19 numbers indicate otherwise.
