Man Faces 16 Charges in Connection to Domestic Violence Incident

A Robeson County man is facing 16 separate charges in regards to a domestic violence incident. A worker from the Department of Social Services was attempting to remove a woman and 10-month-old child from their home after the woman had been assaulted by the suspect, 19-year-old Logan McMillian . McMillian then reportedly rammed his car into that of the DSS worker, and immediately began beating the windshield on the passenger’s side, where the mother was, with a tire iron. He also verbally threatened their lives. McMillian fled the scene before police arrived but was soon after apprehended. He remains in the Robeson County Detention Center on a secured bond of over 100,000 dollars.
