Myrtle Beach Police Charge 5 in Connection to Alleged Theft Ring

Horry County police have charged a theft ring with multiple drug and other related crimes. Investigators say 49 year old Jeffery Luvern Davis Sr. was the leader and encouraged others to burglarize, steal and fraudulently obtain goods from places in Myrtle Beach so he could sell them.
Other individuals in the theft ring included 36 year old Andrew Morton of Myrtle Beach, 40 year old Shawna Cook also of Myrtle Beach, 41 year old James Morris and 28 year old Brittany Davis, both of Conway.
