Woman Receives Fine For Walking Her Turtle

People are being encouraged to go outside and exercise but a woman in Rome received a fine for taking her pet turtle on a walk! In Italy, taking your dog for a walk is viewed as a good reason to leave home during the pandemic but apparently not your pet turtle.
