Kindergartner Becomes “Helper” to Neighbors in Need

An Horry County kindergartner who is now being home schooled wanted to become a “helper” to those in need. Ellis Kerridge wrote and distributed colorful letters to his Cypress Creek neighbor’s mailboxes. He let them know he would be offering his assistance anywhere it’s needed, whether that means getting groceries or picking up prescriptions for those who cannot leave their houses. The letters said, “Dear friends and neighbors, we know this is not an easy time, but we wanted to send some love and sunshine from our family to yours…Together we will get through this.”
