Prince Charles Tests Positive for COVID-19

Late breaking news this morning, as the royal family announced Prince Charles has tested positive for the coronavirus. The Queen’s son and next in line to the throne, is now reportedly self-isolating in Scotland. The Clarence House released a statement detailing the severity of the prince’s condition. They said he’s experiencing mild symptoms but “remains in good health”. He will continue his royal duties from home for the next two weeks as best he can. Furthermore, the prince’s wife, the Duchess of Cornwall, has has not tested positive for the virus but she is nonetheless also currently in isolation with the prince. It’s currently not known at this time how many other people Prince Charles may have infected. The number is potentially high as he did engage with a “large volume” of people at events over the last couple weeks. It was also reported the Queen “remains in good health”. It’s believed she has been in self-isolation for the last week or so.
