Florence County Enters State of Emergency

Florence County announced they have entered into a state of emergency. The decision was made unanimously by the Florence County Council. Effective yesterday afternoon, access to public buildings, facilities and offices were all restricted and will remain that way until a time when public health official deem it is safe to no longer do so. They will also be implementing several other safety measures that include reducing grocery store hours, postponing jury trials and accepting important official forms online.
