Tips for Coping With Social Isolation While Quarantined
We know to wash our hands and practice social distancing to protect our physical health but, what do you do about mental health? Here are some ways to cope with social isolation. Some healthy ways to cope are continuing to eat healthy and engaging in physical activity. Go for walks and do at home workouts. Keep up with family and friends as well. Also, if you’re continuing to work, connect with your colleagues via video-conference so you can see each other instead of only emailing. It can help to keep your same routine going too. Go to bed and wake up at regular times and to try and follow a schedule during the day.
