Local Girl Scouts are Donating New Shoes to Homeless Shelters

The spread of coronavirus is also a major concern amongst the homeless population.  Shelters and other organizations are partaking in outbreak prevention, keeping sanitation supplies on hand and maintaining minimal interaction between staff and customers. They are also separating the sleeping mats. Meanwhile, local girl scouts are looking to do their part in supporting the shelters that are working so hard to keep people safe during this time. They are looking for donations for their charity “Soul 2 Sole” in which they collect brand new shoes or monetary donations to give to the shelters.
