Police Believe They Have Located Body of 15-Month-Old Evelyn Boswell

Tennessee law enforcement believe they have found the remains of 15-month-old Evelyn Boswell. Evelyn was initially reported missing over two weeks ago but was last seen back in December. Evelyn’s mother, 18-year-old Megan Boswell, and grandmother, along with the grandmother’s boyfriend, were all arrested previous to the discovery of the remains. It’s believed Megan made multiple false reports that significantly delayed and hindered the investigation. The grandmother and boyfriend were arrested for an unrelated stolen properties charge but were also believed to be withholding information. Confirmation of the identity is pending an official autopsy, however police feel confident this is Evelyn as a tip led them to find the remains on a property belonging to a “family member of Megan.” Police currently have not announced any arrests, or named any suspects in regards to this new development.
