Police Search for Man Who Stole Elementary School Fundraiser Money

Police are searching for a suspect who stole fundraising money from a Darlington Elementary School. The money was stolen when the suspect was robbing the West Hartsville Elementary school early Sunday morning. Photos from the school’s security cameras of the incident have been released and Darlington County Sheriff’s investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the culprit. It is currently unknown how much fundraising money was stolen or if anything else was taken during the burglary.
