Former Bernie Sanders Consultant Arrested for Mass Prison Escape Plot
A former Bernie Sanders consultant has been arrested after a failed attempt to help inmates escape from a Tennessee prison. It’s believed Alex Friedmann, a criminal justice reform advocate, allegedly plotted for months what police have referred to as a deliberate “evil plan”. Friedmann was going to place explosives throughout the facility that would explode and allow for a massive prison escape. He was caught after a corrections officer noticed two keys were missing. Surveillance footage showed Friedmann dressed as a construction worker, taking the keys, then returning to replace them again. It’s been revealed that Friedmann was recently arrested for attempting the same plan, just in a different corrections facility. He was arrested again on one count of felony vandalism and is currently in custody with bond set at $2.5 million. Friedmann believed not enough was being done for prison reform and wanted to take action.
