Police Make New Developments in Kristin Smart Disappearance

There has been a new and major development in the Kristin Smart disappearance. Smart was a 19-year-old freshman at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo when she disappeared over 20 years ago. Police’s prime suspect was Paul Flores, who was also the last person to see Kristin alive. Flores claims he dropped smart off at her dorm room after a party but she was never seen again. Flores has repeatedly maintained his innocence but refused to cooperate throughout the investigation. Police have worked tirelessly on the case over the last 20 years but turned up with almost nothing. And just yesterday police were seen searching two locations, including the home of Flores’ mother and a previous residence of Flores, after serving multiple warrants. Flores was also detained during the search and then released. Smart has been declared dead since 2012 despite her body never being recovered.
