Coronavirus Death Toll Surpasses 560 People, Over 28,000 Infected
The coronavirus death toll has now surpassed 560 people with more than 28,000 confirmed cases.
Cities in China look abandoned as over 60 million people remain under partial or full lock downs in attempt to contain the virus. China has cut tariffs in half on $75 billion worth U.S. imports as their economy continues to plummet. This comes just weeks after the U.S. and China have finally come to an agreement regarding the trade war that has been escalating over the last two years. The 12th recorded U.S. case of the coronavirus has also been newly confirmed in Wisconsin as of yesterday. However, despite all this, the first reported cases are in the beginning stages of recovery and four chartered flights carrying hundreds of American evacuees from China have or are going to arrive later this week and are likely to be the last.
