Deadly Wuhan Coronavirus Spreads Globally

The fifth case of the Wuhan Coronavirus in the U.S. has been confirmed. The most recent case was confirmed in Arizona, with the first case reported in Washington state, and the others reported in California and Illinois. All patients have been put in quarantine and most are reported to be in good, stable condition. Public health officials urge people to stay home when sick, wash your hands frequently, and get vaccinated for the flu as there is still currently no cure developed for the virus. The death toll has risen in China to at least 80 with well over 2,000 people infected. Wuhan has been quarantined for several days now and all celebrations for the Chinese New Year were canceled. There are serious concerns this may turn into a global epidemic as the virus has been confirmed in at least eleven other countries including Japan, France, Australia, and Canada.
