Jeff Bezos’ Phone Hacked, Saudi Crown Prince May be Involved

The UN has called for an investigation into the hacking of Jeff Bezos’ phone by a Saudi crown prince. The UN says they are “gravely concerned” after they discovered Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman was possibly involved in the hacking of Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos Whatsapp account. It’s believed Salman was involved with, and possibly ordered, the surveying of Bezos “in an effort to influence, if not silence, the Washington Post’s reporting on Saudi Arabia.” Saudi Arabia of course denies responsibility saying the claims are “absurd.” News of Salman’s possible involvement in this hacking, however, now re-cast doubts over his claims that he did not order the killing of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi and UN special reporter David Kaye who were believed to have been killed for publishing articles criticizing repression of Saudi Arabians.
