The Queen Approves Royal Couple’s “Time of Transition”

The royal family are officially discussing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to “step back” from their duties today. Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince Harry are meeting at the queen’s Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, Eastern England. Meghan is absent and was supposed to phone in from Canada. There are a range of issues for the family to discuss from the couple’s living situation to their income. Though the queen did not approve the announcement, the family will appease her wishes to have the issue thoroughly and thoughtfully examined. Everyone knows it will be a while before an understanding is reached. This is the first time the family has congregated together since the wedding of Harry and Meghan. Prince William has expressed numerous times his “sadness” over the situation and feels the royal family will no longer be “a team” after this.
