A California family got an unwanted gift with a purchase they made on amazon! After ordering a waffle iron, the family opened it up and found an old, crusty waffle caked on the inside. Despite the disgusting mix-up, the online retail giant’s customer service team responded quickly with an apology saying due to human error, it was not properly inspected after being returned by another customer.
