No Survivors in Ukrainian Plane Crash

176 people were killed in a plane crash shortly after takeoff from Tehran’s International Airport early this morning. The Boeing 737 was en route to the Ukrainian capital Kiev with 167 passengers and nine crew. Initially, officials in Tehran reported the crash had been a result of terrorism or some sort of rocket attack but now that has been officially ruled out. It’s much more likely the cause of the crash was from mechanical issues. The black box from the flight has been found and is being reviewed as part of the on going investigation. Many currently wonder why Iran allowed commercial flights to run as scheduled just hours after they fired ballistic missiles at two separate bases in Iraq. But one thing is for sure, this crash does not bode well for Boeing. This is the their third fatal plane crash in two years.
