Cherry Strudel:
Phyllo Dough
Unsalted Butter. Melted
Sugar
Pie Filling
Lay a piece of phyllo on a damp cloth towel.
Brush carefully with butter.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Repeat until all layers are brushed with butter, sprinkled with sugar and stacked.
Put pie filling on one end. Fold it over twice.  Place on buttered baking sheet, butter the top and cut 3 slits on top. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
