George Zimmerman Sues Trayvon Martin’s Parents
Shocking news as George Zimmerman announced he’s suing Trayvon Martin’s parents and others for 100 million dollars. George Zimmerman, who was acquitted for fatally shooting 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in 2012, is now suing the Martin’s for defamation. Zimmerman maintains there was a lot of blatant dishonesty and fraud during his trial and that those responsible need to be held accountable. Representing him will be attorney, Larry Klayman, who is known for falsely claiming Barack Obama wasn’t an American citizen. Since being acquitted, Zimmerman has been arrested several times for aggravated assault and misdemeanors but never charged. In 2015 he also put up for auction the gun that killed Trayvon Martin which was received with much outrage. Trayvon’s death sparked the hashtag black lives matter movement and led to a national conversation about police brutality.
