Goldfinch Winslow: Product Liability

Tom Winslow of Goldfinch Winslow was in the studio to talk about food poisoning. It’s kind of a crazy topic but since Thanksgiving is coming up, it is good to know that it is a form of product liability; if the food served from a restaurant or grocery causes illness then it could be a civil case. it has to be proven that the food was handled or prepped against industry standards.  The best way to do that is to show a number of people became ill the same way.
