Pumpkin Muffins with Patti of Barefoot Bistro

Pumpkin Muffins
1 15 oz. can Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2/3 cup Water
3 cups Sugar
3 1/2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Cloves
1/4 tsp. Ginger
Spray mini-muffin pan with pan spray. Fill 3/4 full and bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
