Cleveland DMV Gives Drivers A Reason NOT To Smile

Cleveland, Ohio (WFXB)–Let’s face it…nobody is ever happy about going to the DMV.  A branch in Cleveland is giving people a really good reason NOT to smile.  In Ohio, like many states, drivers aren’t allowed to smile in their license picture.  Employees of the DMV posted a picture of LeBron James in a Lakers jersey just below the camera.

This, following a brutal NBA Finals shutout…LeBron announced he is leaving Cleveland for Los Angeles.  Well played, DMV!
