Austin Bomber Confession

The deceased Austin bombing suspect left a voice recording talking about the bombs.

The city of Austin is breathing a little easier now after the death of the suspected serial bomber. Police say 23-year-old Mark Conditt killed himself as they were physically closing in. The bombings left two people dead and at least six people injured and a city in fear. Conditt blew himself up, while being pursued by police. A 25-minute voice recording was found on a cell phone recovered from the car. There is no mention of terrorism or any other motive on the recording. Many of the victims were minorities, but there’s no talk of hate, or animosity toward any one group. Police don’t think there are any more bombs out there, but want the community to stay vigilant.
