Terrifying moments in New York City when a suspected terrorist detonated a bomb in a bus terminal. Officials say it could have been a whole lot worse. At 7:02 monday morning, Akayed Ullah detonated a device described as a low-tech pipe bomb attached to his body with velcro and zip ties. No one was seriously hurt. Ullah, is a 27 year old Brooklyn resident who emigrated from Bangladesh nearly 7 years ago on an F-143 family immigrant visa. Ullah told authorities he was inspired by ISIS but police say he had no direct contact with them. His immigration status  has sparked criticism from the White House.
