A massive police presence has taken over a Tampa neighborhood, following three random killings in just two weeks. Police have very little evidence, and locals are on edge. The human toll made more evident by the memorials set up for the victims along 15th Street. Three faces who have yet to see justice: Benjamin Mitchell, Monica Hoffa and Anthony Naiboa.
