Tension remains high as the United Nations prepares for their annual general assembly. The 15-member U.N. Security council recently adopted its toughest sanctions ever against North Korea in response to its nuclear and ballistic missile programs. President trump will address the 193-member body for the first time Tuesday. The North Korean Foreign Minister will address the General Assembly Friday.
