Charges for Chicago Attack
Four people have been charged with hate crimes in connection with the torture of a mentally disabled man in Chicago.
Four suspects charged with a list of felonies including the most serious hate crime and aggravated assault with a weapon. The two males and two females -all African-American- gagged and tortured an 18-year-old mentally disabled man, while yelling racial expletives at him. Video of the event was broadcasted live by one of the suspects on Facebook. Chicago police say the victim was help for up to 48 hours before officers found him on the street. All four suspects set to appear in court today.
