Clinton and Trump neck-and-neck in latest polls
(CNN) – It’s full-court press for both Clinton and Trump in the final days of the campaign. With polls tightening, Clinton’s closing argument in Arizona Wednesday night sounded more like a warning.
“Imagine having a president who demeans women, mocks the disabled, insults Latinos, African-Americans, Muslims, POWs. Who pits people against each other instead of pulling us together,” said Clinton.
Team Clinton – more than doubling its television ad spending in the final days including nearly $5 million in additional airtime in the toss-up state of Florida — considered a must-win for Trump.
Trump – now at 47% support in the Sunshine State according to a new CNN/ORC poll, just behind Clinton’s 49%. He’s also trailing Clinton by 4 points in Pennsylvania. Trump is gaining ground in other key states, including Nevada and Arizona.
