Apple announces the release of the iPhone 7 with new features and one missing component.

Apple CEO Tim Cook took the stage yesterday to reveal the company’s latest release- the iPhone 7. The new device comes in newer colors, is water resistant, and has a more powerful camera. However, the phone is missing a longtime technological staple- a 3.5mm headphone jack. Instead, the new device will come with a new set of earbuds that connect to the charge port and an adapter for current headphones.  Preorders begin Friday, with the phone officially up for sale next week.
