The Democratic National Convention begins this week amid a new series of scandals.

The plot thickens for the Democrats in Philadelphia this week. as a new scandal will start off the DNC. Emails leaked over the weekend show the party supported Hillary Clinton over Sen. Bernie Sanders as the Democratic nominee. DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz will be stepping down following the convention due to the email release. Meanwhile, presumptive nominee Clinton and her Vice Presidential pick Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine will try to keep the focus on the convention, which opens tonight.
