Apple’s New Sleep-Saving Feature

Apple has rolled out with yet another software update — iOS 9.3. But the new version may bring you a better night’s sleep with its new helpful feature that’s actually rooted in years of sleep science.

Studies indicate that being exposed to a lot of blue light from our devices can make it harder to get to sleep at night, but iOS’ new feature “Night Shift” attempts to solve that, reducing the amount of blue light being emitted, making us more tired, and hopefully helping us get to sleep when we want to.
