Memphis Shooter Surrenders

Wilborn allegedly shot Officer Sean Bolton late Saturday night during a traffic stop. Police say the officer interrupted a drug deal. Officer Bolton was five-year veteran of the police force, while Wilborn was on probation following a 121-month sentence for bank robbery. The investigation is still ongoing.
