Trevor Noah to Replace Jon Stewart

31-year-old Trevor Noah has officially been named as Jon Stewart’s replacement on The Daily Show. Noah joined the Daily Show in December of 2014. He is originally from South Africa and is no stranger to controversy. The New York Times reports that the “official” announcement of this promotion will come Monday night. Jon Stewart has hosted The Daily Show for 16 years.
