 STUDIO MANAGER FULL TIME (EVENING SHIFT)

 

 

This position requires a minimum of (2) years of studio production experience at a television station. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in high-stress/deadline-driven conditions and the ability to teach and lead a team of studio personnel are necessary for this position.

 

Schedule flexibility is required, subject to the needs of WCCB as determined by management. This position will act as a liaison between the Production Directors and the News Team to ensure proper communication during live broadcasts.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:

 

  • Responsible

    for the overall quality control of studio operations

  • Responsible

    for supervising, reviewing, and training production studio crew in

    all aspects of show production (Camera, Teleprompter, Floor

    Directing)

  • Responsible

    for the continued upkeep and maintenance of our (2) studios and

    related equipment

  • Responsible

    for attending daily production meetings and relaying the necessary

    information to the studio crew

 

 

SECONDARY DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

 

  • ENG

    operations

  • Audio

    operations

  • Assisting

    with construction and engineering of our sister stations

  • Remote

    broadcast operations
