Meet Me in the Garden

Kalmia Garden Study Club will present “Meet Me in the Garden,” a Small Standard Flower Show in Darlington, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, inside the Trinity United Methodist Church Youth Building, 115 Orange Street. This free show is open to the public and will feature horticulture specimens, container plants, floral designs, and educational exhibits. Any amateur gardener designer is encouraged to enter. Horticulture specimens and designs will be accepted on Thursday, Sept. 5, from 2 to 6 p.m. and on Friday, Sept. 5, from 8:30 to 10 a.m. The judging will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday. No entrance fee is required. Reservations are required for Design entries.
