Tropical Storm Arthur Approaches

Arthur is churning offshore and heading towards the Tar Heel State. The Outer Banks in the storm’s path where people are preparing for its arrival. The popular seaside area is prone to flooding, and officials have ordered an evacuation of Hatteras Island. The State’s Governor is warning people to take to storm seriously, and is urging everyone to stay out of the water. Arthur is already impacting areas as far north as New England.
