Teen Time Summer Reading Program

The Johnsonville Public Library will host the Teen Time Summer Reading Program, “Spark a Reaction,” on Wednesdays at 3:00 p.m.. This program is open to those going into 6th – 12th grade. Registration is required. This event is free and will last about 2.5 hours. There will be door prizes of movie memorabilia as well as refreshments! Those under the age of 13 will need a parental permission form signed prior to the event. June 25: “Mad Science: The Science of Magic Workshop” ; July 2: Teen movie based on Ender’s Game by Orson Scott Card; July 9th: “Health Rocks” with the local 4-H club; and July 16th : “Cool Cuffs: Woven bracelets.” Participants will be invited to our finale on July 23th . This will be a special “Kinect Pizza Party” in which there will be good food, great prizes, and lots of fun. All programs are on Wednesday afternoons at 3:00 p.m.
