2014 Hurricane Preparedness

With the 2014 hurricane season among us, make sure you have your safety plans ready just in case the worst scenario happens. NOAA has predicted a normal hurricane season with an estimated 8 to 13 named storms and 3 to 6 hurricanes. Of course, this does not mean that we can take it easy this year. Last year, NOAA predicted that the 2013 hurricane season will be very active. But instead, we saw one of the least active hurricane seasons in 45 years. This is only to say that anything could happen when it comes to hurricanes. So readiness during any hurricane season can save lives.
